Albuquerque International Sunport

It is recommended that guests fly into ABQ Sunport International Airport in Albuquerque, New Mexico. It is a 50 minute drive from Albuquerque to Santa Fe, and rental cars are available along with ride share services such as Uber and Lyft. Everyone uses Uber and Lyft to get from ABQ to Santa Fe so don’t worry about being able to book a car when you arrive if you don’t want to rent.

Once you are in Santa Fe, if staying with the wedding party at La Posada, you will not need a car as all wedding activities and local sightseeing are within walking distance! La Posada also offers a complementary black car for local transportation for hotel guests.

Santa Fe Regional Airport

Guests have the option to fly into Santa Fe directly through the Santa Fe Municipal Airport. This will be a short 10 - 15 minute Uber ride to Downtown Santa Fe. However, to say this airport is small is an understatement, and therefore prices tend to be extremely high. We invite you to check prices for comparison between Santa Fe Municipal and ABQ International airports, and choose whichever option is best.

Eat at the Shed

This is the MUST try spot in Santa Fe. Great atmosphere and service but the food is truly the star of the show. We recommend the Green Chile Stew and the Chicken Enchilada Plate--and order it "Christmas".
